  • Returns Policy

    We will gladly accept returns on items for a refund (the final refund amount will not include postage and will also be minus a £25.00 restocking fee) within 7 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original packaging included.

    Items that show visible signs of make up or fake tan will be charged for the dry cleaning of £75. Any damaged such as to tulle fabric from heels also will incur a repair charge.

    ​We ask that you take extra care when trying on our dresses and would recommend with finer fabrics no shoes. 

    Any return Shipping costs  are your responsibility and you should use a reputable tracked service.
    We can not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged return items in transit.
