If an order is returned to the & She Loves Bridal because the buyer did not accept duty fees, there will be no refund for the product.
We are not liable for late deliveries from couriers nor are orders delayed amidst transit eligible for a refund.

1. Overview
We want you to be delighted with your dress. Because our boutique specialises in off-the-peg designer sample gowns, items are sold as-is, and may have been tried on in-store. This policy explains when refunds or returns apply under UK law and our store terms.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items purchased in-store.
Dresses are not dry cleaned prior but can be arranged for you at a discounted price.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns (Online Orders)
2.1 Standard online orders
If you purchase online and the dress is standard stock (not customised or altered for you), you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel.

You then have a further 7 days to return the dress to us.

You are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned item or proof of posting.
2.2 Exceptions – where the cooling-off right does not apply
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

Dresses that have been altered, tailored, or customised to your measurements or specifications;

Sample gowns sold marked final sale, where this was clearly stated before purchase;

Items that are unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. accessories such as underskirts or earrings tried on against the skin).

Accessories such as veils, that have been made to order.
For these items, no refunds or exchanges are offered for change of mind, so please check sizing and condition carefully before completing your order.
3. In-Store Purchases
For purchases made in-store, are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind in-store purchases. It is the buyers responsibility at time of completing the sales agreement form that you are happy with your purchases. Check the items for any issues prior to purchasing.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Mis-Described Items
If your dress arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement within the relevant time frames.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faults.
5. Black Friday / Promotional Sales
During sale events such as Black Friday, items marked as Final Sale or No Refunds for Change of Mind are excluded from the 14-day cancellation right if:

This restriction was clearly displayed before checkout.
6. How to Request a Return

Email hello@andshelovesbridal.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.

Return the dress in its original condition (with tags and packaging).

Keep your proof of postage until the refund or exchange is completed.

We will issue a refund for the dress excluding any discounts appliedat time of purchase and the original postage costs you paid towards the delivery fee. We will contact you to arrange a refund using your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the items by us.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law. Further information about your rights is available from Citizens Advice.
All sales subject to our UK Returns & Refunds Policy. “Final sale” applies only to items excluded from the 14-day online cancellation right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
